We dont celebrate Thanksgiving here in ireland, its just another cold, dark, misty thursday in my sleepy little town on the coast. However, being the day that it is i thought i would make a short little post about how grateful and THANKful i am for something that has become important to me. You.
I came to this room day one during a period of some /coolstorybro IRL drama/bullshit stuff that really impacted on me negatively. When i found, or more accurately when i was "invited" to the room i immediately felt "at home". I love you all, tho admittedly some more than others. :3c As individuals you all have strong and wonderful personalities. The very reason i came back to this room a second time, aside from goats negative antics, was because of the banter, the laughs, the discussion. Mind numbing as it could be at times it could also be insightful, intelligent, surprising and always entertaining. It is one of the strongest gatherings of like minded people i have ever had the privilage of being a part of, and i have been a part of many communities over the years.
If I was ever going through a rough patch in my life, which we all do. I could hop on tinychat and be entertained one way or another. It helped to alleviate some pressures in my life and brought me a bit of peace of mind, if just for a little while yet at times it was also the CAUSE of much drama in itself Re: Room split. All the same there have been more memorable moments from this place than i care to list and you are all a testament to how amazing a group of people on the internet can be.
