What the hell is the point of gift giving if you have a want list? You want it, buy it yourself. The point of presents is you never know what you're going to get, and you're damn grateful for whatever you got.
I think it's not really a wish list so much as telling people what stuff you're into, if they are completely stuck.Then again if you entered sanskrit santa and have no clue then you're an idiot. yeah cuz it's fucking awesome to get something you don't want or can't use because your gift giver doesn't know you well.for family and close friends, vert's right. but for a total stranger it helps to have some direction :o
